[WriteLog] responding with 'R' <gridsquare> to a CQ

You would think the normal response would be to not send the R but it doesn't seem to be hurting anything.

when I click on a callsign to respond to a CQ, DigiRite sends <callsign> K6TD R CM97.   Doesn’t seem like the ‘R’ should be there.
