[WriteLog] FT8 and VHF contests

I am running a small gun especially on VHF with S&P only. Especially with narrow opening condition, WSJT-X does not hear other station and the waiting will become even longer. Since Rittylite and WriteLog work so good, the new feature will be wanted to WriteLog.
Since VHF contest counts one any mode QSO as '1', and when SSB/CW side is open, and if I am on FT8 for either Q or multiplier, DUPE CHECK is really required in VHF contests. I hate to call DUPE, especially without knowing.

A normal FT8 contest QSO takes four 15-second cycles or one minute total. Dupes cannot be checked in WriteLog quick enough. You'd have to read a call in WSJT-X, then type it into WriteLog temporarily to dupe check, then initiate a transmission in WSJT-X. Not really feasible. Better integration between WriteLog and WSJT-X is needed.

Working dupes is great advice for a run station. I almost never say QSO B4
since in seconds I can just complete a new QSO on CW and SSB. I have never
operated FT8 but it is my understanding that it takes multiple 30 second
cycles to complete a QSO. Working a dupe could cost considerable valuable
time. S&P (or whatever it's called in FT8) stations should check inside
Writelog first before calling.

For running, it doesn't matter since working dupes is faster than discussing
the issue.
For S&P, it is a problem because there is no dupe check unril after the QSO
is logged and copied to WriteLog.
