[WriteLog] SEQ and MULT count with DigiRite in CQ WW VHF contest

DigiRite worked good in VHF contest just finished without concerning Listener with WJST-X.

My question is the rules in SEQ.  The sequence number will go up as you start calling the station (regardless you complete with RR73 or end as incomplete).  I think the sequence is 'as complete' and as logged into WL.  What do you think ?  73 de Jon NN5T
