[WriteLog] FT8 UDP not working for FD

I ran into problems when using WSJT-X in FD mode on 6m. None of my 6m FT8
Qs were scored.

The problem was that WSJT-X was sending out incorrect information on the
UDP port, but I'm not sure what WriteLog would really like to see.

Here is what wsjtx_log.adi has in it for KG7V:

rst_sent/rcvd are incorrect as is the STATE. This incorrect information is
sent out on the UDP port and WriteLog 12.35C gets confused and can't figure
out the multiplier.

This worked fine for ARRL RTTY Roundup where the exchange was 599 WA but
not for Field Day with 1D WWA. What field should actually have the exchange
and what should be in it?
