[WriteLog] RTTY Roundup preliminary results article and call for plaque sponsors

There is still time to become a plaque sponsor for the RTTY Roundup!
Contact the ARRL Contest Branch at contests at arrl.org for details and a list
of currently available plaques. (I can tell you that, as I write this,
there are both W/VE and DX overall plaques available, as well as many
Division plaques. Heck, you can even make up your own! But, talk to the
Contest Branch please.)
