[WriteLog] Edit Exchange Format Setup

Trying to follow the instructions on the ReadMe.htm for updating the Exchange 
Format Setup to add the GRID and DGTL columns.

I was able to insert the new columns but when I tried to click OK to save the 
changes I keep getting a Writelog dialog that says that 
"One of more of the captions is empty.  Each must have a lest one character."

Anyway Help here?
