[WriteLog] ExtIO - SDRplayAPIservice stops suddenly

Hi all + Writelog Support,

 

anyone using Writelog 12.48 or 12.49 and SDRPlay RSPduo?

 

I have configured the SDR tab as follows: (IQ provided by ExtIO) > Setup: Tunable SDR > Rig on COMM5 > Select ExtIO: ExtIO_SDRPlay_RSPduo.dl > > ExtIO as current user.

 

The problem is that as soon as Writelog starts SDR the API service stops suddenly (Task manager > Services). Even restarting the Services it stops again in about 1 second or less.

It seems an issue only related to Writelog, since I run without any problem several applications using the ExtIO API – or maybe I am wrong in config?
