I believe what you describe is exactly what a WinKeyer is suppose to keep
from happening.

Hopefully others with more knowledge on this will comment.

I've had an ongoing problem using WriteLog with CW breaking up or having
some delays, speeding up or slowing down, mostly speeding up in the middle
