[WriteLog] Unable to left-click callsigns in Rttyrite

A similar glitch that I am experiencing is when I move my Rttyrite window to
my secondary display (Monitor #2), everything prints fine and I can click on
menu items in Rttyrite but am unable to capture any callsigns.

When I drag the Rttyrite window back to the main display (Monitor #1) and
everything works fine.

Using Windows 10 Pro and WL v 12.55G

This has been resolved. The user was able to take the INI file from his
laptop 
and apply it to the desktop and it's working. So apparently corruption in
the 
INI file caused the issue.

I did have this issue during the NAQP Rtty.   All I did was restart the 
program and the issue went away.

Probably not much help as they probably already did a restart
