[WriteLog] FMRE RTTY Contest Cabrillo file instructions

Thanks Gordon. My Cabrillo options are grayed out. Maybe I never upgraded to the newest SM6SRW package. I thought it was unusual that the information for the SM6SRW package on writelog.com said Cabrillo had been added to the FMRE module and it didn't show up on the module I was using.

Don,
     I just used the "Contest" tab, "Cabrillo" entry (bottom of the 
menu) to generate my n1mgo.log file.  The contest robot accepted the 
file with no complaints.
