The answer is no, but why would you want to run a signalink on an Icom 
7410.  7410 has a built-in Soundcard which is far superior to the 
signalink and is easy enough to setup.

What is not working?  I have used Rigblaster Advantage's with 7410's in 
the past and I assume that you are talking about RTTY in writelog?
