[WriteLog] Cut Numbers

For me, leading cut zeros is okay, and my ears are used to hearing 5NN.  But, cut numbers after the first real number, cause me to miss the number. T12 is okay, But, 1TN3 throws my copy out.

Maybe I need more time with MorseRunner.
