[WriteLog] Can't get Rttyrite CW to send CW via F-Key's

However, it should be noted that Rttyrite does not send CW. WriteLog
itself sends the CW. You can operate CW on WriteLog without Rttyrite
ever being open. This is set up in WriteLog, as Jim noted, in the
Ports setup menu.

Definitely does work when set up correctly. Setup is in the ports setup.
Need to set correct com port and device. I use a WinKey usually on one
setup and a MORTTY on another. ( Both set to WinKey of course.)
