[WriteLog] File Capture - Window Packet Spots

Hello Writelog Users,

For post contest analysis, the spots that are posted in
Windows Packet Spot, can this data be captured in a
file?

Why, you ask, want to do an analysis of spots posted
to what we can actually hear (and could not work) and
worked and logged.

By mapping the worked stations and mults against the reported
stations and mults it may undercover what is possible for a
score at my location.
