Steve,

Yes, I did a ->Web update data files Saturday before the SS CW contest
started. 

My first QSO, VY2ZM, sent PEI for the section, and that is what I logged. WL
accepted PEI and scored it as a section (mult).

Sunday evening when I uploaded my log to the ARRL log-submission website,
PEI was not counted as a section (mult).

I changed my log from PEI to PE, re-submitted my log, and got credit for PE.

Marsh & Jon, 

Did you do a File -> Web update data files ?  After I did that, PE was the
accepted mult in WriteLog, not PEI.
