[WriteLog] WL Country File - SS

Thanks for your help! It was not where I was looking at after all.

When we were manually updating the data for WL, the country file WL needed was 'wl_cty.dat' and assuming all other files were for other logging software. So I was 'Web Update Country Files...' only to the mentioned .dat file plus following 6 .DAT files automatically.

CQZONE.DAT
DXCCDOS.DAT
DXCCDOSMM.DAT
DXCCWAE.DAT
DXCCWAEMM.DAT
ITUZONE.DAT

After many trials, I downloaded all files (default set by WL) and now PE is showing up in SS Multi list.

What version of WL are you using?

Another idea….

Open WL, in the dialog box, select NEW. Then in the contest chooser, select SS. Select either CW or Phone. Then, look at the contest->show Multipliers window.

DON’T go to an SS file you’ve previously created.

PS - no one bit on my brag of a clean sweep. (it’s was a team effort, along with ND2T!) :-).

Thanks.

I looked at the .ini file, and agreed with yours including the line ‘PE=VE’. But the screen does not indicate PE (both opened the existed 2020 SS CW file, or new as SS PHONE. Is there any ‘reset’ the configuration in WL ? Re-installation or 'new' contest did not fix this.

Here are screen shots from my namedmul.ini file (same date as you), and the contest->Show multipliers screen.

My version is 12.54A.

Hi Kevin,

After updating with latest namedmul.ini file, seems the content of ARRL section is empty - no section indicated at all. When I selected ARRL DX, 'Asia', 'Oceania' ... are OK exception of 'States and Provinces'.

Uninstalled WL and re-installed, 'Sections' list came back but still no PE, MAR/NL/QC/ONN/ONE ... missing PE.

expand the window…you’ll se the RAC sections on the far right, under the VE column.
