[WriteLog] Sending Shift F keys in SSB

In CW, pressing Shift and F2 sends the message in Shifted CW F02.

In SSB, pressing Shift and F2 records the F2 message.

How do you send msg12.wav (or whatever file) that is specified in the
Shifted F2 slot?

BTW, I solved the sendwave error by using Audacity and batch exporting
everything in the WaveFiles folder so everything is now at 256 kbps.
