[WriteLog] WL module for CQMM contest?

I just generated prefill files for the contest, and CQMM was a
selection in the "new log" dialog box.
I had to generate a log file to find out the field names for the
prefill, and I logged a couple of fake
QSOs, then generated an ADIF export. It all worked as expected.
