[WriteLog] WriteLog 12.59 now available

Hi Folks,

WriteLog version 12.59 is a free upgrade for anyone who has purchased the full version of WriteLog since April 2020.

New in version 12.59 since 12.58: 

* NCCC Sprint use standard ADIF tag for NAME.
* Fix a problem when a new column is added to a log that already has QSOs.
* Update internet logbook implementation to latest 3rd party tools.
* Rig driver for recent Yaesu rigs, allow for large MOUSE_WHEEL_HZ settings.
* VA QSO Party update affecting Check Call.
* Add Their Name for Call window. Right click in the window to set it up.

Updating to 12.59 does not automatically update the necessary multiplier files. You must also File/update-data-files in WriteLog to download them. For anyone choosing to run WriteLog without upgrading, you still want to File/update-data-files in WriteLog to get the multiplier updates.
