[WriteLog] New WriteLog Prefill File: SPDX Contest

Hi Craig:

Found out the hard way that my SPDX module is not working. So had to do 
some searching. I followed your instructions and all went ok, ie typing 
in a callsign ie SN7Q populated the RCVD and Country fields, but 
Writelog is saying the RCVD field is invalid and will not log the contact.


Any idea's?
