[WriteLog] 160M CW spots converted to LSB

Now with WL 12.56D same result.   Incoming 160M CW spots when clicked on
the bandmap are converted to LSB on the radio.   All other bands work
normally.

I am presently using VE7CC for spots, but the issue persists with other
clusters.

Using "General DXCC tracking log keeper" as the contest selected.
