[WriteLog] State set up wrong.

Somehow when I set up WriteLog I entered my state as Wa. It should have been WA

Now when I transfer my contest log to HRD it enters the state as Wa. Some of the online logs I use reject my log due to the state being wrong. I cannot find how to correct this in WriteLog. Anybody have an idea?
