[WriteLog] State set up wrong.

In version 12, the INI settings are in the registry. You have to save them to a file, edit them, then export them back into WriteLog. Instructions are in the link above.

I assume you are referring to the fact you have a period after the "a"

Open your .ini  file with notepad and search for Wa.   Change it to WA 
and save the ini file.

You should be able to change it via the Parameter Setup for individual 
contests.

One or the other should work.
