[WriteLog] Dual CQ Audio Issue

WL 12.59F appears to have broken latching/stereo audio when dual CQing.

When latching is selected, I can no longer get stereo audio (left radio in
left ear, right radio in right ear.) I only hear the CQing radio in both
ears.

When latching is not selected, I can't get both ears of the non
transmitting radio audio. I can only hear the RX radio when stereo is
selected (and, of course, the RX radio is only in one ear.)
