Don, you could try creating a NAQP (North American QSO Party) log for
logging POTA stations.  You should be able to fill in the reference #
in the Name field, and the state in the State field.

You won't be able to generate statistics.  Though I track the ones I
have worked, it seems the "official" list is kept on
https://parksontheair.com by activators uploading their logs.  I have
over 750 parks confirmed this way (99.99% USA).
