[WriteLog] WriteLog 12.61 now available

Hi Folks,

WriteLog version 12.61 is a free upgrade for anyone who has purchased the full version of WriteLog since October 2020.

New in version 12.61 since 12.60: 

* Add IC-705 rig setting.
* Add FT-891 rig setting.
* FTDX-5000/2000 etc set default CW/DIG mode from main VFO only.
* Update Colorado QSO party module.
* Update Tennessee QSO party module.
* Fix Cabrillo for in-state CAQP and PAQP modules when logging the other station on a county line.
* Update Alabama QSO party module.
* Nevada QSO Party export TQSL location
* Update WA Salmon Run.
* When exporting ADIF, export GRID column as ADIF standard GRIDSQUARE if there isn’t also a standard entry.

Updating to 12.61 does not automatically update the necessary multiplier files. You must also File/update-data-files in WriteLog to download them. For anyone choosing to run WriteLog without upgrading, you still want to File/update-data-files in WriteLog to get the multiplier updates.
