[WriteLog] cluster?

finally getting everything back to normal after lightening took out my 
computer but I seem to be un-able to hook up to any cluster thru the 
drop down box. DX4WIN has a drop down list that one just selects from 
and all works from there but anything i type in Writelogs box nothing 
happens.... so is there a selection somewhere or just have to be very 
correct in what to type in? Example from DX4WIN:

K4ZR>Hazel Green-AL,k4zr.no-ip.org:7300 <https://www.postbox-inc.com>

what part or all of this goes in the box? Thanks 73's Cort K4WI
