[WriteLog] Two different versions of WL on computer?

Yes, this is one where you do the upgrade and move on.  Can't think of any reason to keep WL v11 around.  V12 has been out long enough that it does everything as expected.

FYI: Getting no response here, I asked WriteLog tech support. They said NO, because each program would overwrite the other's registry entries.
