[WriteLog] CAB file - QSO order

CQ WW RTTY weekend
Make first QSO (New BC) and logged it in my general/daily log using writelog
Decide to make some contest QSO's, start new log 2021CQWWRTTY and set out
to make 100 QSOs on fourty
Oppps, didn't log that 1st QSO into contest log - type it in manually
setting correct time, frequency, etc.
but it's out of order, aka that 1st qso is about #120 in Cab log file

1.   Is there some method to reorder QSOs in log based off time?

2.  Does it matter?  (The contest checking software will handle it fine)
