[WriteLog] New module for ARRL International Digital Contest !

Hi Folks,

Due to popular demand, Wayne has put together a module for this weekend's 
ARRL International Digital contest.  It has had very limited testing... but should 
be usable in a pinch!

There is a separate installer for this contest module:  The Download page has a link to 
the ArrlDigiSetup2.msi file:  https://writelog.com/downloads/writelog-versions#Kits
