[WriteLog] WriteLog Digest, Vol 234, Issue 7

Hard to split it out since there is only *one* core set of code that 
handles all FT modes. Every UI written uses that core code and is tied 
to the GPL of WSJT-X. Add in W1JT's opinion on how it should be used and 
this is where we are.
