[WriteLog] WriteLog Support of SST on 160M 15M and 10M

Some one asked about WriteLog and SST on 15M and 10M.

Early on (September 2020) the SSTs were only on 80, 40, and 20M, and
WriteLog supported SST (Slow Speed CW) on those bands.

Later on SST expanded to include 160M, 15M and 10M, and WriteLog has not
been updated.

Current SST Rules: BANDS 160, 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10M Recommended Frequencies
: 1.812 - 1.828, 3.528 - 3.545, 7.028 - 7.045, 14.028 - 14.045, 21.028 -
21.045, 28.028 - 28.045


Wayne and Steve: Please update WriteLog to add 15M and 10M to bands
supported.
