[WriteLog] WriteLog use with 4k monitor

My shack PC is now equipped with a 4K resolution monitor.  WriteLog doesn't
render well on this screen.  I am wondering whether there might be
adjustments available within WL which provide good 4K rendering or if I
have introduced an incompatibility.

My version of WL is 12.10e which is quite old.  I will happily update if
necessary to resolve the issue but I have seen no reference to 4K rendering
in the subsequent release notes.

Has anyone else seen this problem and perhaps resolved it?
