[WriteLog] RX issue with WL and FlexRadio 6400

Hi Kevin,

thanks for the suggestion,  all is set accordingly…

If i run MMTTY alone it works well, RX and TX, no problema t all.

The issue is present only when opening MMTTY and/or 2Tones from Writelog. TX works ok but RX only shows a Gaussian noise. It seems to me that this is something related to the Flex 12.61b driver…

Thanks!

Oggetto: Re: [WriteLog] RX issue with WL and FlexRadio 6400

I have a handful of suggestions….

1) look at he slice, DSP tab - check the RTTY tones for the slice, match the tones in MMTTY

2) check the DAX control panel and make sure the RX Button is “on” for the DAX channel selected in the slice

3) see that the DAX RX VU meter is changing

4) in the MMTTY setup panel, on the sound card tab, check the RX audio source. There is along list, and it’s a little hard to correlate sound card names to slice DAX.

Most likely you want DAX RX 1 (NOT reserved).

5) - pray for an RTTY signal.

Oh - the best web source - rttycontesting.com

Hi all,
I am trying to configure RTTY on WL 12.68H together with Flex 6400 (v3.3.33) on a Windows 10 pc.
FlexRadio 12.61b driver is installed and WL is properly configured.
MMTTY and 2Tones instances are configured and running.
On TX side is all ok.
On RX side (both MMTTY and 2Tone), the level seems too high and in any case the RTTY tones are not visible (it looks like white gaussian noise); the noise is related to the active slice with no decode.
I cannot find any way to sort out from this issue.

Anyone is facing the same problem and can help me? Any parameter to set/change in the Flex 12.61b driver?

Appreciate community help..!
Thanks, best 73
