[WriteLog] Prefil for Writelog

AL9A (sk) used to create great prefill files for Writelog!

K0CF used the N1MM call history to create his so you could probably do the
same.  I have never tried his prefill and I don't know how current or
accurate the N1MM data is.

Sometimes it is best to use no prefill.
