Good afternoon Ed
Well not sure just what was taking/happening but started up
Writelog hit Digiwrite and wow now NO Waterfall. Well
so I went from poor to worse...... OK time to get
serious....
I did a Restore on computer, well that reverted
Writelog back
to 12.84c I think it was...... Decided to update
WSJTX to 2.7.1 rc7
Went to writelog website updated to 12.85D again.
Disconnect everything ..... Reboot
OK check WSJTX all fine
there........ Exit WSJTX load
Writelog hit Digiwrite HMMmmnn looks proper
Hit CQ on idle
watch writelog do it's thing for a while
all seems fine.... And
yep QSO with only signal report without Grid -
did score 1 point.
Still sequence number messing up like 3
number 35s ....
skipping a number or two here and there....
Band summary seems to show proper totals ?? All in
all I am good to go.
Unfortunately because I did a few changes....... I
don't know what
corrected my previous problems.
I don't believe I will do a serious effort in FT8
Challenge but I will put
in a fair amount of hours...FT8 not as much fun as RTTY
but sure beats SSB.
Enjoy all who check this test out.
