[WriteLog] Entry Window Frequency Entry Doesn't Work on ONE Remote K4

The good news is VY2TT is remoted. I am having mic problems that have
nothing to do with Writelog.

In WL, my left local and remote K4 responds correctly when a frequency is
entered in the left radio call window. When a frequency is entered in the
right radio call window I am unable to enter it. When I hit enter I get a
Windows error tone. Even if I go into Exchange Format Setup for CALL and
check number I am unable to enter the frequency.

The 10 Meter contest will be my first try at remote contesting.
