[WriteLog] Where is the Writlog ini file?

Mike, (and any others that can help)

I've done all of that and I can get the QSO logged with the correct frequency, but it is flagged as "out of band" and scoring does not include these contacts. See the link below for a screen capture of what I mean. QSO numbers with the big RED letter B will not be calculated.

In the logline associated with the transverter, type in the transverter freq when you start Writelog.

I type (for my three transverters with IC-705 IF):
2221 <enter> for my setup, IF is 28.1
9021 <enter> for my setup, IF is 144.1
23041 <enter> for my setup, IF is 144.095 (5 kHz freq error)

From then on, when I enter those freqs, it uses them to log.

However, When a contact is logged from the transverter connected comm port (HF rig IF), it logs as "out of band". Or more specifically, Capital letter B in RED acter the QSO number. I assume Writelog is looking at the 10 meter IF , which is not a valid band for VHF contests. How do I fix this issue?
