[WriteLog] WriteLog 12.85 now available!

Hi Folks,

WriteLog version 12.85 is a free upgrade for anyone who has purchased the
full version of WriteLog since November 2023.

New in version 12.85 since 12.84:

* Add INI entry to customize what is transmitted between the QRZ message
and correct callsign.
* Add ability to send a keepalive message on intervals to the connected
packet cluster. And make WriteLog packet terminal respond to the TELNET AYT
(“are you there?”) command.
* Add support for FT Challenge contest.

Updating to 12.85 does not automatically update the necessary multiplier
files. You must also File/update-data-files in WriteLog to download them.
For anyone choosing to run WriteLog without upgrading, you still want to
File/update-data-files in WriteLog to get the multiplier updates.
