Set them again anyway.  Windows will "adjust" the device IDs
when rebooting, in event of a power interruption to any of
the devices or if the USB connection has been interrupted.
A change to *any* device (even an HDMI monitor) can confuse
Windows' handling of audio devices.

I *STRONGLY* recommend checking and resetting audio device
selections in the WriteLog Mixer control, WSJTX, MMTTY, 2Tone,
and any other application that consumes or generates audio each
time one begins operating.
