[WriteLog] multiple state qso parties

I thought I might fire things up tomorrow for the NE, MI, ON, and QC state
QSO parties.

Do we have anyway to effectively handle the 4 contests in Writelog? The
advice I'm seeing online is to log to a single file, and let the log
checking of the various SQPs sort it out. I can imagine there could be such
a module somewhere in Writelog but I'm not seeing it?

Or does this mean I finally have to go to the dark side?

ps, not seeing the QC party on the new log list either...
