[WriteLog] UDP Broadcast

HNY everyone!
Here is my issue. I'll be an "Activator Station" in this months 
Hamaward, "World Wide Award" event.

To do so, I must be able to connect to UDP broadcast, and then broadcast 
AS THE SPECIAL EVENT CALL.
Therein lies my trouble.
I can create a log, and I can connect to the broadcast, BUT it will not 
accept my logged QSO because it sees me as my home call.
I did go in and edit the .ini file to the 1X1 call I have for the event 
to no avail. It still is seeing me as my home call and wont log the QSO.
How can I make this work?
