[WriteLog] ARRL RTTY RU log upload problem

With WriteLog 12.86B (all data file updated), created Cabrillo, and uploaded the log to ARRL resulted in --- Sent qth (1) for 569 of 569 QSOs doesn't match qth associated with location (NTX) selected on this web form.

 

Sent QTH is ‘TX’.

 

This is the first time having issue in ARRL RTTY RU log upload.

 

Is this ARRL robot issue or WriteLog Cabrillo format ?  Thanks for the help.
