[WriteLog] WriteLog 12.89 now available

Hi Folks,

WriteLog version 12.89 is a free upgrade for anyone who has purchased the
full version of WriteLog since July 2024.

New in version 12.89 since 12.88:

* Preserve networking debug symbols
* Address crash-at-exit traced to Band Map, but apparently triggered by
previous update to VS2022 libraries.
* Installer invokes Microsoft Visual C++ runtime installer after WriteLog
install.
* Fix crash in UDP broadcast to “All Local Networks”

Updating to 12.89 does not automatically update the necessary multiplier
files. You must also File/update-data-files in WriteLog to download them.
For anyone choosing to run WriteLog without upgrading, you still want to
File/update-data-files in WriteLog to get any multiplier updates.

If you encounter an issue launching WriteLog after upgrading to version
12.89 then it is likely because your Windows installation is missing an
updated library.  To fix this, simply go to Microsoft's webpage and install
their latest C++ redistributable kit:
