Did you miss the exact directions I sent earlier today?

This is my setup, just make appropriate changes for your setup

F2-F3- F4 for RUN

F5 - F6 for S&P

Yes you can setup ENTER Sends Exchange in WL.  Just assign the proper 
Macro Key assignments in your WL.ini file

Example of mine:

Put these with the F key assignments of your liking in the 
[Configuration] section

SendCallExchangeKey=3
QrzFunctionKey=4
CqFunctionKey=2

Note: I prefer to use the F1 as my "AGN" or "?" key.   So F2 is my CQ, 
F3 Exchange, F4 QRZ
