[WriteLog] Need third party module for IG RY ww rtty contest this weekend

HI Gary

The RG-RY contest is part of the SM6SRW modules on the 3rd Party page 
of Writelog (https://writelog.com/downloads/third-party)

The existing SCC Championship module is now labeled IG-RY World Wide 
RTTY.

When you load that set of contest add-ons it will then show up in the 
Writelog contest list as IG-RY
