[WriteLog] Colors highlighting

Hello
I have an eye disease that means I can no longer see the difference between the white background and the yellow color that is under the callsign that is highlighted when I run an RTTY contest.
I can see both the red and the green background just fine, but I would like to change the yellow to a blue color.
How can I have the color changed?
