[WriteLog] Can't set up ARRL-DX-CW for on-line scoreboard

I'm trying to connect WriteLog to the online scoreboard at:

    https://contestonlinescore.com/scoreboard/?contest_id=109

In WriteLog, the only choices I see on the "Log Submission |
Scoreboard Upload" tab are "Post to Test Page" and "ARRL-DX-SSB".  Is
anyone else seeing this?  Is this a configuration problem with the
online scoreboard itself?
