[WWYC] WWYC Contest - New Ideas

Hi List,
  Thanks for the ideas for the contest.  The time is perfect I believe.
The exchange for non-contesters can stay the power.  Perhaps they should
send the serial number, but this might be confused with WWYC number and
then mess the log/score up.  Also, this makes it harder on me, the log
checker etc, to check logs and tally up points.
 
  Point system:  CW 5pts,  SSB 3 pts, and non-contesters any mode 1 pt.
This promotes more member-member contacts.  

  Date:  Maybe 6 Feb 2000?  Only a few minor contests are then.  What do
you think?

  Awards:  I will take care of awards for the contest.
