[WWYC] stuff

Hello!

I think that the idea of having our own private chat room sounds ok. 
I dont know if we need to because we have the CQDX channel but If 
we would like to talk about some information about the wwyc club 
then it's better to have our own chat room. I guess that a lot of 
guys gets irritated when we talk about irrelavent stuff (or how the 
f**k that is spelled :-)), some guys just want to check the spots 
etc........

I think it's a great idea, who can take the responsibility? how old is 
N6RT by the way??
